This week I was tasked with helping a one goal player from the UK with his swing.
He asked me to help him to increase the distance he can hit the ball, both on the move and for penalty taking.
It sometimes takes some time to undo ten years of bad habits, yet in two weeks we managed to de-construct the swing so that he is now able to hit the ball 60 yards. We also did some game play coaching to help him to make quick decisions about how to score more goals in a match situation.
